Corp-4-U was founded in 2003 by a Certified Public Accountant who was tired of seeing his clients being taken advantage of by attorneys charging exorbitant fees to setup corporations and fly-by-night "do-it-yourself online incorporation services" whose finished product left much to be desired.
Every corporation setup by Corp-4-U is processed by a NYS licensed attorney and a NYS licensed CPA. The Attorney drafts all legal documents such as the Certificate of Incorporation, Minutes of the First Meeting of Shareholders, and Corporate By-Laws. The Certified Public Accountant prepares all tax-related documents such as the Application for Taxpayer ID Number, Federal S-Corporation Election, NYS S-Corporation Election, NYS Employer Registration, and NYS Sales Tax Vendor Registration.
Additionally, we challange you to find a lower-priced incorporation service anywhere. We have spent decades searching and cannot find an incorporation service whose fees are lower than ours. You may think you are finding a deal at a "do-it-yourself online incorporation service" advertising their $49 or $99 Incorporation Service, but when they are done adding on the state filing fees, corporate kit preparation fees, Tax ID application, S-Election forms, etc. you will be paying a minimum of $500.
In 2006, Corp-4-U was reorganized as a Corporation, Corp-4-U, Inc. and continues to operate as such.
